Harris (Ceylon) Limited is dedicated to the growth of the company through the recruitment of new talent and those who bring in new skills and new perspectives to take the company forward to new heights.
When recruiting and selecting, Harris Ceylon does not discriminate on any grounds, and is proud to be able to serve the community as a whole by opening out its doors and providing opportunities for those who are differently abled.
Harris is also in the midst of developing an internship programme to be in line with their commitment to help develop the career opportunities and paths of youth, where university students will be encouraged to work as interns on 3 to 6 month contracts, to develop their personal skills and help the organization also complete the numerous projects they have lined up.
This internship programme will be aligned with the projects currently available within the company in areas such as IT system development, and R&D to name few. Special projects will also be looked at according to requests made by educational institutes and universities.
